Introductory course to the WING FOIL 3 days IN TENERIFE
Wing foil is the latest addition to the water sports. From the year 2020 around the world fell in love with him and becomes more and more popular for the windsurfer and kitesurfer year after year.

Our school has years of experience teaching a variety of water sports, we offer classes for all ages and levels. All instructors are certified and have years of experience, so that guide you step-by-step in this new journey of the wing foil in Tenerife.
Kitesurfing 313 is located in El Médano, one of the destinations of kitesurfing world's most popular and the Canary Islands.
Our classes for beginners is performed in a period of three days where they will learn the theoretical and practical sides of the wing foil on land, in the water and with the Foil. For the classes are intermediate or advanced, we start directly from the water with all the equipment ready and our instructor support.
FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL: PRACTICE IN LAND AND WATER
The first day you will become familiar with the wing. We'll give you a brief explanation of the main theoretical concepts of the ‘Wingsurf’, how to mount and dismount, security elements, and of course the Self-Rescue. The course consists of: pilot of wing/wing, first contact with the material, functions and positioning of the candle in the wind-window, simulation of the candle on the table with the theory of the positioning of the body, weight distribution and its functions.
In this first class we will also learn to navigate with a table a little larger and a wing easy to control. We will make the navigation in both directions, changes of direction and disassembly of the material.
SECOND DAY OF CLASSES: IN THE WATER
On the second day thou shalt exercises knees on the table with foil trying to stand with the wing and make the move ‘stand up start’, practice left and right, and boost/speed up, depower/slow down * Gybes, tacks, change of address. You will also learn the mistakes to avoid.
THIRD DAY OF CLASSES: STANDING EXERCISES ON THE TABLE
The third day we will repeat and we will practice what we learned on the second day trying to go against the wind, return to the same place AND NAVIGATE WITH THE FOIL OUT OF the WATER . We will make a simulation of Self-Rescue (real Situation on the water).

PAX 3 PERSONS: 6 HOURS / 210 €
Depending on the number of hours, you will be able to perform on different days determined by both parties.

Classes have a duration of 2h per day with a maximum of 3 participant by instructor. The course includes All the material included, the sail/wing, table, transfer, helmet, vest, radios, wetsuits, supervision of the instructor pump and theoretical lessons after each class in order to improve the theoretical part of the student.
