As you can see, it is windy almost all year round, with more than 300 windy days per year, making it a truly perfect destination for those looking for an active holiday. The wind is side-shore, which creates very safe conditions for kitesurfers, especially beginners, as there are always lifeguards on the beach to assist and ensure the safety of all water users.
The KITESURF 313 team is made up of instructors certified by the Spanish Sailing Federation and qualified by the IKO (International Kiteboarding Organization).. Our school focuses on safety and fun learning experience for our students.

What does the kitesurfing course consist of?
FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL: KITE CONTROL ON THE BEACH
The first day you will become familiar with the kite, the direction of the wind, how to take off and land the kite. We will teach you the safety rules, how to set up and prepare your material. In the first part of the lesson we teach with short lines and helmet to ensure the course is safe while you learn the basic concepts of kite control on land. The lesson lasts 3 hours which we will learn the exercises like one hand kite control, change of direction, two hands kite control, the simulation of body drag on the ground to later be ready for the water.
SECOND DAY OF CLASSES: BODY DRAG
The second day we start with basic exercise (body drag) by sliding our body on the water, maintaining, and generating power with the kite. Exercises include, simulation of board recovery and practice of body drag in the water before taking the board just to ensure a good kite control. During the class we use radios for the independence of the students and rapid progress. At all time you will be using a helmet, life vest and short leash. The material used is new and of good quality.
THIRD DAY OF CLASS: WATER START
The third day, it's time to put the board on the feet and learn a number of exercises like, good body position in the water , how to generate power and combine everything into a solid technique of “Water Start” getting up on the board and riding in both directions.
We customize each lesson to the student and we adapt to your progression. The radios will be used at all times to give the students the greatest comfort and experience making them independent.
We also offer advanced lessons of transitions and jumps. Students receive tips while they are in the water to ensure faster progress.
